This is a fully structured 12-week progression designed to build rotational power, ground force production, mobility, durability, and true golf-specific strength.

It is divided into two 6-week performance phases.

Each phase builds on the previous one, increasing intensity, refining movement patterns, and advancing power development.

Program Structure

Each week includes:

3 Strength & Power Training Days
• 9 targeted exercises per session
• Rotational strength
• Lower body force production
• Core stability and deceleration training
• Explosive power development

2 Dedicated Mobility & Flexibility Days
• 8–10 focused movements
• Controlled mobility under load
• Rotational range development
• Recovery-focused joint care

2 Active Recovery Days
• One structured cardiovascular session (run, stair climber, etc.)
• One full recovery day
